That would be my HONEST assessment, yes. Unless you are one of the shady characters that "lent" DECN money, which can no longer be traced down that is!

I am afraid when it comes to DECN I have endeavoured to remain open minded, but my conclusion has been consistent! This is a scam!
It would be blowing smoke up my own ass to say that I think I am better at sniffing out scams than Berman is at pulling them off, and that is not my style at all!
Modesty forbids, but that is how it looks atmo!

I remain open to alternate hypotheses and counter arguments! (Evidence based! ... In God we trust... all others must bring DATA!)
