yeap - totally know that. saw the purchases several months ago.

they own shares average cost $0.20 and CEO has the same situation so they're protected. he just did a convertible loan with a $4 strike as well so he's senior to common. surely the entire business is worth more than the loans.

in the meantime you want to look into the LLC that owns all of their cars which "expire" due to their 100k mile per year usage scheme. they need new cars continuously and the fleet they use has a "reserve" value of nearly zero when they're all done.

what's tough is the issue of labor laws in California which if reasserted will create a major headwind for an extremely small business.

the risk went up a lot for the "business model" but down due to their new business wins

very pleased to see Terren win big as well as the CEO of X, LLC.

for the time being waiting patiently on CNCT since that's got the largest upside when they start reporting again.

if YAYO drops to around $3USD I will revisit the equity.
