I think he is asking an indirect question, I disagree with his method, and I agree with you plus Mark Miller probably has a majority and if anything I know ppl that have 200 millions that will back him up, so that is not a possibility, he has the mine and no shareholder in his/her right mind will contest it....plus probably cheaper for him to buy majority of the shares and reinstate it then buy a shell from scratch
