Just to understand how quick this will move. The VLSI v Intel case went like this:

Jury Selection: 02/22
Jury Trial Began: 02/23
Jury Trial Ends: 03/01 (Actual jury trial days: 5)
Jury Verdict: 03/02

Our case before the jury will be done by mid-June latest if there is no settlement/licensing agreement reached after the Markman this Thursday.

That article says jury found intel infringement non-willful. If found willful the judge can triple the juries
numbers.
