No they won't lol. E-trade has disallowed trading (buying) this garbage market. Period. Why the merciful f*ck would you want to anyway? Edit: E-trade is gangster. If these guys won't allow it then that should be a hint to steer clear. I'm blown away by the folks who trade this crap.
