It's not always dilution. Most times it's short laddering. Such a common practice amongst MM's.

I agree with you to certain extent. But there is no definitive proof that’s it diluting, it could very well be shorts as well. But which ever it is. Eventually they will have to let it go. Like a month or so ago. That’s why I’m calling for a silver run. Time will tell. GL

Same happened after the first bounce to .0054. Settled all the way back to .0009. Constant ask refills and stacking. Just about gave up on it before it popped again. It will go up and probably hit silver. But only when the company allows it.
