Do keep in mind that LAHO was suspended in 2019 when these SEC suspensions were much less common! I got trapped with 20M shares myself, but I made my own decision to buy MSSV and understand why others did not.
However my thought was IF I'm going to come out ahead on LAHO then by default I would also come out ahead on MSSV. Not everyone thought that way, and that is a big part of why this remained so low for so long. I'm damn close to 100% confident this deal gets done by March 16th, and maybe sooner since we went current about 2 weeks earlier than expected!
And regarding investing here, people are going to make their own decisions. Don't forget, you can lead a horse to water...
