S-4 shows that IMUN had 3,296,584.75 shares of CYTO as of 31Dec20 as I read it. Some sort of dilution seems to have occurred as that only amounts to 9.76%. Assuming no more dilution, that would get approx. 5.95% (9.76x.61) of post merger company. Knowing long term history, I'm sure that are more shoes to drop as well. Please check my info and let me know if I'm wrong on anything. Thx
