May not be necessary but didn't a 8K get filed for the New Board Member? Anyhow I think we are good here. Been thinking about possible merger of CHIF and NSAV just not sure who will be acquiring who if there is one. I think I saw something (maybe Stervc) mentioned NSAV is the parent company. If so, would they be the ones doing the acquiring? Just some questions to ponder.
