This guy needs to do a bit more DD. He has BCH atr 28.2 PH/s processing power yet they just started mining with "a few miners" about a week and a half ago. He has INTV at 10 PH/s which, according to my modeling, is less than half of what it had at the end of 2020.
I will need to update my model to account for all of the newer rigs and retirement of some of the older ones but this guy's assumptions are way off even using news that's a couple of months old.
His methodology seems reasonable but his results are GIGO for INTV.
