Vote on merger for BFT to eventually become Paysafe symbol PSFE
The merged entity will trade as PSFE on the NYSE. Bill Foley of Foley Trasimene Acquisition, being a highly successful businessman specializing in financial services, is expected to take PSFE to great heights. Estimates suggest Paysafe will report $103 billion in transactions in 2021
Whether to merge. Since more than 50% is owned by the Big Wigs, our little votes won't count anyway. This merger is going through. The question now is what will the growth look like. I am more of a realist so here is my take.
