Also the New Facility Blds are being constructed within the Shestco Facility. This is Government owned land. Guarded by Soldiers! To just find another Bldg. somewhere to lease wouldn't be protected. Location, Location, Location!! Also remember the Nigerian Government OWNS the Nicosan Patent!! They have a vested interest in the success of Xechem plus receive a 7.5% Royalty Fee for all Nicosan Gross Sales.
