Spring is a magic time, you can feel the life buzzing everywhere. Nature renews itself, nature and lifes natural instincts spread out. Amazing to see, especially in the stock world.
I believe this will be different here from the past SF, I do not see anything that shows me its being used as a scam currently. Its just being pushed down and boxed in by the powers that be. OTC needs some new players in it, not same old that has drained it like it has been.
