Nearly 100 penny stocks were suspended last week due to poor filing habits and promotional campaigns. OTC guidelines for Pink Sheets listings have been heavily revamped effective today.

If promotional activity was the issue here BLLB with the new SEC scrutiny and OTC guidelines, would not be trading anymore. So again, that is not the issue being that such activity leads to suspension now instead of just CE's, stop signs, etc, even if just from people tweeting about them to build hype, though more so when the information circulated is purposely fabricated. So the issue is definitely lurking somewhere in the "not limited to" lol.

I for one am just hoping they are waiting for the close of this quarter to review the new companies financial statements as an ongoing business.

I've been trying to make a list of previous tickers that have had CE removed. I want to share this because I see people getting impatient. There are some tickers where it takes six months for them to remove this thing. It looks like it's a real process. The thing is, we *know* that the company didn't come all this way in order to fall short of this requirement. I have zero doubts that it's going to happen and I know when it does, it's going to be worth the wait. Be patient. Don't panic sell because it isn't happening right away.

Although $BLLB has a CE designation, there is something different about this one. Normally, OTC markets forbids MMs from displaying quotes for CE stocks. All the securities with CEs on otcmarkets does not show quotes. Also, when you look up CE stocks on L2, they won't show MM quotes.
However, for BLLB, otcmarkets is showing the quotes, L2 also shows the MMs quotes. I don't now why it does that but it should mean something.. right??
