We all did see EXACTLY what the SEC said. It's in the text of their suspension order. Suggesting there might be "more to the story" sounds far more like a speculative conspiracy theory than a fact-based belief, let alone a reasonable one. The SEC did what it was gonna do. It's done. Damage done. There is not one shred of evidence to even suggest that SEC might do anything else, period. To suggest otherwise clearly illuminates a particular agenda. We pick up from here and move on in a positive direction. Period.
