This is not an article. This is a Press Release, and obviously companies pay Press Release sites to release news.

Every single company, being it a NYSE, AMEX or Nasdaq company pays to release important news, and a contract with NASA is very important news and the company is obligated to inform the shareholders about it.

I repeat, obligated. It's a fiduciary duty of any CEO.

About Fidelity it's your problem. It's a shit broker if blocks the clients from buying the stocks they want.
