Garrox, is Dennis R. Fisher (or whatever his name is) still associated with BEHL on paper? Nancy Fisher, his ex-wife, is BEHL's last listed registered agent.

Based on this profile he's someone who could easily get BEHL on the straight and narrow. They just have to start the process by June from what I read.
