You are correct I read it as October effective date. I’d still buffer a month for OTC processing and corrections though. Especially with the mad rush to get processed and paperwork for 2 years hitting. Still would like an explanation of their troubles of access to otc.

I don’t pay for ihub so ran out of posts. GLTU
