Underwriters don't hold those stocks. Underwriters work with specific market makers by saying "This GBOX stock is worth 13.20 post split but I bought them for 10.50 and will sell it to you at XX.XX price. The Market Makers agree and eventually dump the shares into the market

Simply Wall St, did a deep dive into who holds shares of GBOX. They said Ben & Fredi own 58% while the other insiders hold 8% meaning 34% is held by the general public (which is about 12-13M including the 4M plus dumped by the underwriters)

Even if we, ihub, hold 1M then that' still 11-12M being traded.

We're going to be in this range until Institutions like Vanguard or Blackrock start buying and holding reducing that general public float
