How can eIND be given when the company has not disclosed any data that trhe drug works.

Yeah so some physician is going to prescribe LL when there is absolutely no
data that the drug works. Good way to get sued.

Wake up! if the company had good data they would have released it. They do not have it and NP is putting up smoke about meeting regulators and confidential discussions.

Ask NP how many eINDs and OLE have happened. He should know but you dont.

Yep, when they requested the raw data, seemed to me to be that the FDA doesn't want NP to mess this up, so they are doing their own second back calculation. Desperate for COVid treatments that work.

UH, THEY DID: if the company had good data they would have released it.

FDA has ALL the data.
