Hey got rid of my premium membership. If no claims were filed or any existing claims were settled he should be filing a motion to bar Unasserted Claims which is another 30 days process. Likely to go pink current soon but maybe not until after the motion. Preferred shares could be sold anytime once a potential buyer is satisfied with the process. Most buyers won't buy until after the motion and pink current but many times they buy earlier based on confidence in the court proceedings. Just keep in mind there is no guarantee in case going smoothly but he normally doesn't start claims proceedings until he is fairly confident an issue won't arrise. Also no guarantee in being bought quickly although he normally doesn't waste time selling and chances are a buyer is lined up. Motion to terminate Custodianship can come anytime after the motion to bar Unasserted Claims but often not until preferred shares have already been sold.
