All the stocks that were too be suspended has been. Inct has produced fins... they are just not uploaded to otc website. But pr has been out. It was suffice. thats why they are still trading.
Pragmatism at its finest... though I agree its and uphill battle. We should at the very least be at .003 or higher. Its just major manipulation in the stock market right now. All the stocks are trading the the same right now. Look at the 1month charts and see how they all look like splash mountain.
Once the mms are satisfied they will let it go. Its a waiting game.
Futher more look at how most of the stocks have more buys than sells but still going down...
