It was at 10 billion OS and now at 8.552 billion OS. A reduction of 1.448 billion.

The Dec 15 Supplemental filing said that 2.28 billion were to be returned to treasury. So I wonder if this is a different batch of shares that is being returned or if they just got less than originally thought?
