I would hate for her to have anything to do with the court cases.

IMHO she's too biased.

Well - unfortunately thee ONLY MAIN "EVENT" that can occur as a net positive for USRM per the 11th Circuit Appellate Court = a REMAND BACK TO THE DISTRICT COURT = one Honorable Ursula Ungaro will be da judge !

And nothing is going to change that judge barring a miracle - it would be tough mid-case to find a justification to pull a case from a looong sitting and highly respected judge of which Ungaro fits that description whether her rulings are biased or screwy or not.

Ungaro has been around a hell of a long time and is well respected for her legal knowledge etc - USRM ends up SMACK DAB RIGHT BACK IN HER COURT IF they "win" on their present appeal = the reality of how it "goes down" if that is the case :(

I thought there were reports of her being in bed with big pharma via connections through her husband.
Remember reading something regarding her political friends.
Perhaps someone has more info.
Maybe she would recuse if such a relationship exists.
Just hoping for the best USRM!!!
