CZNI caught up with all their back filings last year. In 15 years of trading OTC stocks, I have never ever seen an OTC/pink company pull that off. They did not go to all that effort and expense just to let the most recent filing lapse. That was done to make this empty shell valuable, and we will see that payoff.
