Sure I can and have acknowledged that an NDA may exist between the buyer and seller.

An NDA that is not related to the assets has been acknowledged!!! However it wouldn’t go against what the Monitor and lawyers reported which was “in the best interest of all stakeholders” and “the best interest of the Debtor, its creditors and other parties of interest”. Maybe file it with the weirdo attorney assignment in the ch 11 case.
