This nonsense again LMFAO!! They decided they didn’t need the STA nor want to pay the back royalties to Reverdia. After all it would have been Reverdia who LCYB would be getting something from not BioAmber since it was Reverdia’s tech. In the end they are simply using their own proprietary yeasts

They ultimately decided they did not want/need the components. Have to read the docs with an eye on the timeline. They said they wanted to recapitalize- but it failed. They said they wanted assurances on the components- but ultimately decided to pass on them.
