Not related to UAPC that they are working on getting current and RVD business is legit. I find it odd though that the SEC will go after people that are talking about Stocks in a positive way on social media but not after the ones trying to post negative false info and drive the price down.. protecting the hedge funds and short sellers

UAPC is in the middle of a reverse merger and just submitted a filing on 2/23. It’s not in the same category as the stocks that were suspended. There’s a big difference between a zombie stock that’s being pumped for no reason and a stock that’s being taken over by a new company and is in the process of getting current.
