Somewhere in that conversation someone needs to communicate to Mr. Yan and friends to NOT perform a reverse split! Some Chinese companies do not mean to rob shareholders but simply believe a higher SP is more desirable to investors. Convincing them now that is a poor idea will save many headaches later!
