Fact. When SEC filers fail to maintain the SEC standard they can and regularly do drop back to Pink reporting standards. Telco did drop back to pink status a few years ago because they never corrected some erroneous filings.

Nonsense.

I would tend to agree that Telco as a company is nonsense.
