Don't they need to have a valid 10K to file an R/S, I'm not seeing nothing but goose eggs on the Fins, dating back to 2017,IMO that is why it was turned down the first time, plus it's a Shell with a Yield Sign.
,IMO no way will a R/S be approved, they have a long way to go.
