At DTC check the filings. They have held those shares longer than Wei has even been around LMAO. Sorry but Wei holds 0 common shares. All 8.27 billion are being held at DTC until the RS. Not rocket science here, the shares are dividends

The fact that Wei's series A convert to more than the AS shows the stock is over issued and that 93% is complete bullshit. None of that matters though since he filed a 1:100 RS to correct this mess
