Li batteries are dangerous. Based on the comments it sounds as if EFLVF is the only company making them. Those are used everywhere even in the laptop I am writing from. I agree that we should transition from that into something safer in the future including the use of solid state electrolyte. But EFLVF is in a much better position than anybody else in doing so and making the transistion.

As for Toyota, let's not mix up Toyota motor company with the relevant Toyota Industries:

Toyota Industries Corporation (Kabushiki gaisha Toyota Jido Shokki) is a Japanese machine maker. Originally, and still (as of 2021), a manufacturer of automatic looms, it is the company from which Toyota Motor Corporation developed. It is the world's largest manufacturer of forklift trucks measured by revenues.

They Raymond Corp is subsidiary 7 of 16 of Toyota Industries in the USA: https://www.toyota-industries.com/company/location/overseas_partners/. Effectively, EFLVF is working with the largest forklift truck manufacturer in the world. EFLVF could be a potential buyout for Toyota Industries. It could benefit Toyota Tremendously.

I agree, however, that the company needs to transition into a professional business style operation and separate to a certain extent management from technical. In summary, this is a good company to be in.
