If the Greenshift Corporation ever issues a dividend, it won't be triggered by updated filings. A dividend on GERS stock, IF it is ever authorized by the company, will come after the stock price goes far above $10/share, probably above $44 instead of the 44¢ that it was at, briefly, one week ago.
