The BLA was filed last year. It was kicked. The company modified the BLA and filed it. The FDA later hit CYDY with a RTF. So like so many other things CYDY the message is Ambiguous, muddled, maybe not completely wrong, but also not accurate. If the “ new” or resubmitted HIV BLA was filed IT WOUL D BE PR’d. NP PR’s when he ties his shoes. Sorry guys this is not “Good News” merely more sloppy work from TEAM CYDY.
