I applaud your efforts and abilities to root out information about KPAY. Edwin is following his proven tactics of PR's implying big things but delivering none.

Summary
PR December 14, announced the coal contract that if not fulfilled by the end of December would be considered breach of contract. December has come and gone with no coal, not even one lump for Charlie Brown and no news if the contract was renewed or dead.

PR January 21, No mention of the contract or any new contract however the loading schedule has been confirmed to begin from early February to completion on or before 28th February 2021.

PR February 21, announced a letter of credit to be used to pay for the coal shipment. It is noted that the letter of credit is valid only between the dates of February 20th and February 28th the loading dates for the coal.

Note, the letter of credit is only valid between the dates of February 20th and February 28th
