I do believe that Leronlimab will have a positive effect here..

---- platelets are recognized more now as also an immune cells,
we can see platelets derive cytokines , which play a role in host defense , but also in hyperimmune state..

And most are regulated by CCL5 , as platelets store inflammatory cytokines including chemokine ligant CCL5 ( rantes )

----Also there is a theory that LL may affect platelets by affecting Neurophillin-1

So yes , IMO yes.

This is probably why we don't see clots in covid patients treated with Leronlimab ...
