Anytime a motion is filed there is a 2 week time period to respond (thus 3/15). The motion to dismiss was a no-brainer as from a legal perspective it is always done simply because it buys u an additional 3-4 weeks. PM will always use the full 2 weeks because it’s in their best interest to do so. HCMC on the other hand can (and most likely will only use what’s necessary to respond). Thus, just to rule on the motion to “DISMISS” we’re looking at late March. HCMC May just file a Amendment and PM will respond. Thus, just to get past the motion to dismiss could take us into early April. UNDERSTAND THE LEGAL PROCESS AND THE GAMES THEY PLAY.
The earliest any settlement will occur will be in the JAN - MAR 2021 timeframe. If u understand the legal process and the steps required to get to the “settlement” phase, one can easily see this. With that said, always hope for something earler
