Higher ... Yes ... as long as the folks running the company are legit ... I think their time has finally come, a growing demand for what they do ... Volume seems heavy for a .0003 stock w/o status ...maybe something is up with that ...at any rate it's worth a shot for a few hundred dollar investment ...jmho
