I thought so too. The article is directed more towards the big boards but it certainly has relevance for our OTC plays.
It's not just manipulation that brought us down these last couple of days, and Structengr had some solid insights as to why we have seen a bit of a retrace as of late. But this stock is also being shorted at an above average percentile. This data is from a couple of days ago.
