Please stop spreading misinformation.

The O/S is NOT in the billions. MANY otc companies dilute to find themselves until things are up and running and tend to retire those shares afterwards.

Dilution from a quiet company can be a GREAT thing because it means that something is happening in the silence that is worth diluting for.

The O/S is updated every month, so we would be finding out relatively soon.
