That would be Paul Strickland, he’s running this stock, or I should say, he was - there are no other officers listed even though it’s incorporation is in Default. In the greys, trading is Illiquid.

Anyone could have put up that site for less than $20, the same stock photo is used on many different sites. I can’t imagine that suspended stock sites are a highly sought after commodity.
