SF, according to Armen’s statement, the 2020 financials will be released at the end of March, so the S-1 should be completed sometime in early April following that release, is that correct to say?

Stock force, with gratitude ! For me, it came with, giving progressive/ Carmen a second chance from the past. This says enough, longs know what I speak, was here for first run, sold half, NOW, this run, I have not sold any shares! And have only bought more, I added in the teens this time didn't on the first run, I am convinced progressive has the backs of us retailers the lowly mushrooms, and our success will dramatically come into focus this year!
