You have to meet the following conditions.

1 Must be a moderator on the board

2 Post can not be older than I believe 24 hours

3 Mod's are only allowed ONE STICKY (Sticky does not have to be their post)

4 Sticky must be approved by PAULIE CASHEWS by submittal in a mayo jar placed on her porch, you must ring her door bell 15 times and then run like hell to avoid her wrath.
