Ummm. Nowhere in my post does it say otc is an exchange. And I certainly did not mention otc bulletin board (OTCBB), especially since it’s now OTCQB and been replaced by OTC Link. I simply explained the different market listings in the otc and how when one move up the listings, it is an uplisting.

Not sure where you are getting your info. So I’ll just do a quick google search on OTCQB uplist:
