Look at TLT's reversal higher today, indicating institutional money is leaving equities for the debt market. We will see if this continues in March.

See March, 2020 and the volume spike, volume is spiking once again.

I never trade TLT, its just an indicator to me, but its suggesting something big is about to happen.
