The preferred shares got transferred from Lazar to Sam Goh/CEO of SamTrade FX. He filed an amendment to change the name to SamTrade (Asia) also included a 750:1 RS of the common stock and bumped up the AS to 1.1B.

Many people are upset and nearly lynched me for doing the leg work and letting them know.
