You are mistaken. A grand jury is for criminal court, not civil. Motion to remand means a request of the upper court to send it back to lower court (original court)

You can bet that CareBourn’s claim is going to be for a lot more than $500K. I wish I could dig it up but they once had a claim of over a million dollars on a note that was only mid 5 figures. These guys are brutal. We know some of the notes are in default by some of the ridiculous conversions we were seeing....as low as $0.000034.
The dilution has been showing up slow and steady...but that could change at any point. Back in the BVTK days Chip Rice converted close to 4 Billion shares inside a month at one point during an early run...the stock never really recovered.
