Ugh, I’m sorry to hear that, that’s why these OTC scams can be dangerous to traders. Especially with the OTC-Wide P&D being so prevalent, it’s attractive until the SEC comes calling - they don’t give out warnings. Over 50 initially, 15 more today.
If a stock ever deserved Suspension, it’d be ATYG. It’s Dark, Defunct, No Information, Dissolved, Inactive with the SOS, and has the Zoyes gang running the show, including Michael Zoyes, a convicted securities fraudster and pill mill operator. Michael Zoyes was convicted of racketeering and of criminal fraud - He served prison time for both. In addition to him, there’s his step-daughter, Cortney Linn Zoyes Talley Morris.
I even understand that Dominick Falso appeared in her other stock, CATV. ATYG’s CEO used to be Dominick Falso. Birds of a feather.
Zoyes is/was associated with these scams as well: ONTC, HSCO, OLIE, ASKE, GRCV, FTEG, BANI , etc.
