The SEC is feckless.

Even when they discover fraud amounting to millions of dollars, they often don't do much.

Five people were charged with fraud 4 years ago in four stocks owned by Raymond Barton.

Those are civil charges and they were ordered to pay fines. BIG F'N WHOOP!

No criminal charges were filed and the scumbag lawyer (Goode) who assisted in selling billions of fake shares kept right on lawyering without a mark on his record.

That stock was never suspended and still trades.
